Impossibly Delicious Fall Recipes

Tis the season for delicious fare and not just the decadent holiday kind either.  I love this time of year when I actually have a chance to cook, there are some how more hours in the day (kidding!) but it seems that way during the week now that the sun is no longer shining bright until 8 PM, there are fewer happy hours, events, things to do and I don’t mind being inside when it’s frigid outside. I thoroughly enjoy being in the kitchen, I’ve said it before but it’s very therapeutic in a sense. So without further a due, here are a few of my favorite fall recipes and don’t worry they’re all pretty easy to whip up.  Whether you make these for a chilly night in or possibly to take with you to an upcoming holiday get together, I can assure you they’ll be a met with applause.

This fall harvest kale salad from With Style & Grace is complete with apples, hazelnuts and bacon. Sign me up.

This fig galette with goat cheese is being whipped up this weekend, if not sooner! (though I’m switching this up a bit to use up some of the apples I still have left from apple picking a few weeks ago!)
