70s wishes and denim dreams

One of the biggest trends this season is anything denim, literally anything denim, from a dress to culottes to jumpsuits to the reprise of the denim skirt. Don’t get me wrong, I’m backing this 100% from the flares and jumpsuits to the dresses but most importantly THIS denim skirt that is everything. Talk about a 70s throwback in style … the front-button, a-line, slightly flared mini is what life is all about and what everyone should have in their closet this season. Bravo Alexa Chung and AG for putting this skirt on the radar of every stylish gal in the world. Quite possibly one of the most versatile “trend” pieces we’ve seen in recent seasons this little beaut can be paired with just about anything.

What’s the takeaway here? A denim skirt is a quintessential spring wardrobe piece that you’ll regret not owning. I paired it with this cropped white eyelet number, vintage accessories and my Karen Walker sunnies from Ditto’s Endless Eyewear program (deets below on how to get your first month free.)
