Breakfast pastries of any sort are and will always be my favorite breakfast to make – especially around the holidays. There’s something about the smell of fresh baked cinnamon rolls that brings about very fond memories from my childhood. You know that feeling when you smell something and it triggers a memory, I love that feeling!
So here are a few of my go-to breakfast sweet treats to whip up this winter and for all of my gluten-free gals and guys there are some great options in here too!
I came upon this gluten free vegan cinnamon roll recipe recently on Pinterest and had to give it a try!
What I loved about this is that it uses agluten-free pizza dough kit which according to the baker she said this would make the best dough and did it! Overall it should take about 45 minutes to make everything, bake and put together! Enjoy these on Christmas morning! I’m fairly certain they’ll be a hit with the whole crew.
